Suction basket for filling pump

You know the problem: Sooner or later, foreign bodies such as pebbles get into a transport container and then into the filling pump. If nothing happens there yet, the part later ends up in the dosing pump. The result can be unpleasant pump damage and possibly an expensive interruption of operation. We have therefore created robust and reliable suction cups and recommend that you retrofit the filling pumps with them.

There are decades of experience in Schönenberger dosing systems and we only use high quality components. This makes our plants very reliable. The proven annual service provided by our customer service department guarantees this reliability over the entire service life of the plant. However, premature failure of wearing parts or malfunctions due to uncontrollable influences can still occur. To be prepared for this, we offer our customers specially designed spare parts sets for each type of equipment.
